Wat ga jij doen?

As a Technical Support employee your work consist out of contact with customers by phone. The customer will call you for support for one of our clients. After a good analysis you will be able to give the customer the right answer. You are an advisor for our cliënt.

Voor welk bedrijf werk je?

We are looking for enthusiastic colleagues who would like to be part of a young and enthusiastic team and likes to tackle challenges. You are verbally very strong and you have good communication skills. You are flexible, result driven, and a team player with a good voice. You are good in listening to a customer and really getting to the core of the question and be able to solve it. You know how to summarize and how to advise the customer in the best way possible. You are willing to work 28-36 hours or 32-40 hours per week and are available to work during day, evenings and weekends. We are looking for people with a basic technical knowledge and who like to work with computers.

You can count on coaching from your supervisor and our coach who support you in the best performance. We also offer you to receive a diploma during working hours. We apply for you at the Academy and give you the opportunity to receive your diploma for the MBO education “Costumer support (level 3)”.

Wat vragen wij?

• Speeking Dutch & English, Franch ore German 
• Good knowability of portable phone’s
• Technical experience
• Part time ore fulltime available
• technical knowledge and who like to work with computers.
• No holiday plans within 2 months
