Job description?

As a Technical Support employee your work will consist out of contact with customers by phone. The customer will call you for support for one of our clients. After a good analysis you will be able to give the customer the right answer. You are an advisor for our client.

In the Benelux the company is active since 1993 and grown into a key player within its branch. With offices located in Zoetermeer, Tilburg, Roermond, Maastricht and Bruxelles, and over 2300 employees.

Who we look for?

• We are looking for enthusiastic colleagues who would like to be part of a young and enthusiastic team and likes to tackle challenges.
• You are verbally very strong and you have good communication skills.
• You are flexible, result driven, and a team player with a good voice.
• You are good in listening to a customer and really getting to the core of the question and be able to solve it.
• You know how to summarize and how to advise the customer in the best way possible.
• You are willing to work 28-36 hours or 32-40 hours per week and are available to work during day, evenings and weekends.
• We are looking for people with a basic technical knowledge and who like to work with computers.

Other

• The salary is € 8,56 per hour
• The salary is excluding holiday Fee.
• Opening Hours: Monday to Sunday > 08.00 - 20.00 (Sunday until 18.00)
